This option allows them to select the features, elements and accessories that best suit their needs, ensuring that the cab chosen meets their expectations before proceeding with the order to the factory.

Customized manufacturing
Each DEMVOX cabinet is manufactured to order, according to the specifications and customization requested by each customer. The manufacturing process starts only after the order is confirmed by email and always after having consulted and verified all details with our technical team. This process ensures that every detail is aligned with the customer's specific requirements.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Since each DEMVOX cabinet is manufactured in an exclusive and personalized way for each customer, these are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to the provisions of article 103, letter c) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This means that, even in the event that the product is purchased for a use outside the commercial activity, business, trade or profession of the customer, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable after acceptance of the order.

Shipping and installation services
The shipping and installation services contracted by the customer constitute a provision of services independent of the purchase of the product. Consequently, in accordance with Article 103, letter a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, these services are also not subject to the right of withdrawal once performed, whether they are requested in the context of a commercial or personal activity.
