“These booths have been a very suitable solution for us. They are quick and easy to install, the right size and sufficient acoustic capacity for the correct recording of all the OFF voices of our content. The booths are located in the middle of the newsroom, in a strategic place for use by all the editors and editors who need them. The average use is 700 voice-overs per month.

They are equipped with the necessary technology so that they can be used autonomously by the editors using a touch screen for easy recording, and they can also be used for assisted recordings, as both have a mixer that enables communication with the speaker from different points of the infrastructure, from sound control to the different EDNL and POST-PRO rooms.

All audio recorded in the booths undergoes a loudness-based Auto-Leveling process (EBU R128)”.”

Canal Extremadura TV is the regional channel of the community of Extremadura. It is a young television channel as it is only 7 years old. Its headquarters are in Mérida, from where, among other things, all the news programmes are managed.
